Refund Policy

At TaliSync, we believe in keeping our billing processes as transparent and straightforward as our cloud platform. This Payment & Refund Policy outlines how we handle subscription fees, renewals, and refunds for our platform.

1. Subscription Fees & Taxes

Your use of our services requires you to pay a subscription fee based on the pricing plan you select. All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be calculated and added to your final total at checkout.

2. Manual Renewals

We put you in full control of your payments. TaliSync does not automatically store your card to auto-renew subscriptions. At the end of your billing period, you must manually log in and complete payment to continue using our services.

3. Consequences of Late Renewals

If you fail to renew on time, your access and uploaded data will be suspended. Unused balance pages will expire and be removed, and you will lose eligibility for any previous promotional pricing.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because we offer a free trial period to evaluate our platform, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully debited and the subscription period has commenced, we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments under any circumstances, including partial months, downgrades, or unused time.
